Huset är nyligen helrenoverat med alla bekvämligheter och perfekt för upp till fyra personer. Egen altan i västerläge. Göteborg nås på 15-20 min med bil, parkering finns vid huset. Det är också nära till de mysiga öarna i Göteborgs norra skärgård.

Family-friendly house in a cozy residential neighborhood. Bright living room with a large sofa. Garden with swings, and a large terrace with an outdoor eating area and a coal grill. Private parking for two cars. TV with Netflix / HBO Max / Disney / Amazon Prime. Vinyl player & Sonos. We have a small dog at home and though we are very thorough with the cleaning, take that into consideration if you have allergies.

In the idyllic area of Hällsvik in Torslanda, on a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will find this lovely guesthouse of about 40 square meters, surrounded by beautiful nature with cliffs, sea, and forest. In the area you’ll find the swimming spot “Hälleviken,” which has a waterslide, bathing jetty, swim raft, and a kiosk (open in summer). Swimming from the cliffs is also available nearby.

Huset rymmer 30 m2, högt i tak, 1 sovloft, braskamin, badrum, tvättmaskin, kök, golvvärme, uteplats och en stor härlig trädgård med plats för grill och häng i hängmattan bland äppelträden. Inredningen är rustik och ibland använder vi huset som ateljé. Naturreservat, klippor och hav precis runt hörnet och även en mataffär och ett värdshus 5 min bort.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Quiet area and close to nature and water with own garden. Nice areas for hiking, kayaking and fishing. Several lakes around the area. Located in the area of national interest in outdoor activities. Many trails to choose from to walk in the woods. Only traffic from people living here.
