Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, induktionsspis och ugn. 200 meter till havet med klippor och sandstrand. Flera möblerade uteplatser, gräsmatta och grill. Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön. Tjörn erbjuder vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring, konst och restauranger.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Hönö, ön som har allt man kan önska sig.

Liten stuga med fullt utrustat kök och dagbädd för två. Stugan har en uteplats med grillmöjligheter och utemöbler. Vi har även cyklar att låna ut. Stugan ligger tre minuters promenad från närmsta matbutik (Hemköp). Går man några meter till hamnar man i Klåva hamn där det finns shoppingmöjligheter och ett bra utbud med restauranger och caféer. Stugan ligger 3 minuters cykelväg till en badplats där det finns brygga, strand och klippor. Hönö erbjuder flera vackra badplatser runt om hela ön.

Mysig stuga med havsutsikt i Göteborgs skärgård

Här bor ni precis vid vattnet bara ett boulekast från hamnplan, på lugna och idylliska Kalvsund i Göteborgs norra skärgård, den sydligaste delen av Bohuslän. Vår fina ö är en riktig skärgårdsidyll. Här finns inga bilar, bara hus, små båthamnar, promenadstigar, vår berömda båk, bohuslänska klippor och salta bad på någon av våra fina badplatser. Ändå är det lätt och smidigt att med kollektivtrafik ta sig till central Göteborg med allt vad staden har att erbjuda.

Writers house - a place for poems - Brännö island

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.

Our place is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to nature and the sea, with Lillebybadet just 5 km away. You reach the center of Gothenburg by bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night, and takes about 30 minutes.
