Please note we don't provide the bed linen for a Double and Two Single beds or Towels or Toiletries. We do provide the pillows and duvets. Lovely quiet setting. Good size bathroom with good shower! Set within 22 acres with no live entertainment on site you can enjoy the view of the River Dart, the Forest and hills towards Downton and Torquay in the distance. 2 miles from Dartmouth and the lovely Blackpool Sands beach is only 10 mins drive. Woodland Family Theme Park and Dartmouth Golf Club are less then 3 miles and Dartmoor National Park just 30 mins for further exploration.

The accommodation offers privacy and the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. With good views over the river Teign its an ideal getaway with lots of nearby walks and the coast to explore. Please bring a supply of £1 coins. Cost obviously is more in the winter than the summer. Current summer price around £2-3 a day, winter £4-5 a day when using all the heaters.
