This Beautiful 4 bedroom beach town house with private parking for two, is set over 3 levels, it is just one min walk from the stunning Paington sea front and town. All 4 bedrooms have a tv, 2 have sofas and the master bedroom has a balcony. There is a bathroom on each level , one bath, one shower and a toilet downstairs. A fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is an open sunny space with lovely recliner seating and a dining table. The garden is a lovely relaxing suntrap with seating and dinning.

A 4 bedroom family home in Torquay, Torbay which is close to Paignton,Brixham and Kingskerswell,located high ground of town with a walking distance to Town, the Beach and the Harbour with a beautiful view ongoing. Fantastic positioning to access different points of Torquay via the Town or Seafront. Street parking is sometimes available, it can be roughly a 10-15 minute wait for a space if there isn't one.
