You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

Trail Town Suite-45 min to PSU-on MidState Trail

Enjoy small town life! Includes breakfast at a local favorite coffeehouse! Very close to the Rails to Trails trailhead that is loved by cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Kayaks on property for river use only. 45min. from Penn State, Beaver Stadium, and the Bryce Jordan Center. A short, but beautiful drive to Raystown Lake or Canoe Creek State Park. Close to the Altoona Curve baseball stadium as well as “Horseshoe Curve” and the railroaders museum. Drive to nearby shopping and restaurants.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

"Lost Eden" Raystown Lake, mountain views, hot tub

Get "lost" to nature in this luxury house for two, located a 5 minute drive from Shy Beaver boat launch. Atop a meandering mountain road, this unique chalet has treetop views, a 30-foot-high living room, and a open bedroom with a king bed. Lots of natural light filters in from skylights and windows. A spiral staircase adjoins both decks. The lower level has a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall and patio furniture. A cable railing incloses the deck for an unobstructed view of nature.

We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower

Lively Legz Flyfishing Cabin

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cabin is in the heart of some of the best fly fishing Pennsylvania has to offer. Minutes from the Little Juniata River and many more. It is just a short trip to Spring Creek in State College as well. Other attractions are Delgrosso Park, which is less than 8 miles. It also makes a wonderful retreat for Penn State home games.
