A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom and enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

Sunset Cottage

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy all the majesty of the St Lawrence River with water views from every window. Master bedroom has 1 king bed and ensuite with view of the river. Second room has a queen bed with ensuite and two windows that capture the sunrise. Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Island Boat House - Fisher's Landing, NY

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

The Hythe guest house is located in the Heritage District .We are within an easy walking distance of Queens , Kingston General Hospital,Hotel Dieu and all the amenities associated with a downtown location. Bus connections are a nearby. Guests have the private use of the entire loft which includes a private bathroom, work area, sitting room and a bright and spacious bedroom. Guests are invited to relax in the walled garden.Many restaurants are a short distance. Waterfront is 3 minutes away

Fall asleep to the relaxing sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline. Enjoy a relaxing paddle in our canoe or kayaks. Bring your fishing rod and catch your bass supper in the shallow waters of Reed's Bay, followed by smores over a large fire pit. The shallow and clear water is ideal for swimming and your little ones.

Great fishing ,sailing, boating and other water sports or relaxing on the beach. Canoes, kayaks, tubes, bikes, swing set available. 14 acres of undeveloped countryside by the river provide abundant wildlife including deer, fox, ducks etc. Property includes access to boat ramp and docks for hiking, biking, pickleball and basketball court.

This one of a kind property features 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a full kitchen for indoor cooking and BBQ for outdoor cooking. There is a paddle board, kayak, firepit located beachside and another top side. A beautiful cedar hot tub to soak in on those cool nights year round.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Eventide View

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Newly renovated waterfront cottage on Chaumont Bay with breathtaking sunset views of Lake Ontario. Eventide View sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Swim, fish, kayak, relax waterside, or snuggle up inside with a book and a blanket next to the fireplace. The large backyard offers plenty of room to play. Guests will also have access to the 1 stall garage. Our waterfront rocky beach has great swimming for kids of all ages.

Includes 3 free parking spaces on site .Feels like you are on one of the Islands but have car access and 40 ft Boat Dock .Boat launch area 5 minutes away. Great fishing area right from the cottage dock .Minutes from Town of Gananoque and Kingston . Public beach 1 minute walk . Lots of windows and Panoramic views . Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space and stare at the awesome sunsets.

Clean, cute studio on the St. Lawrence River!

This old rustic boathouse - turned cottage - sits directly on the St. Lawrence River (within feet)! It has a queen bed and a single couch turned bed on the porch. It’ll sleep three. Quiet atmosphere. No pets are allowed. The cottage is closed Columbus Day through May 5th. You’ll need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases only. Fish off the dock, swim in the swim area, or simply watch the ship pass in front of you.
