The Annex is a completely self contained open plan 2 double bedroomed groundfloor apartment with patio area and off road parking. The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Access to the patio via patio doors - 3 small steps, each 5inches in height and another smaller step leads to the main garden. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

We are approx. 1.5 miles from the M5 and 10 minutes from Cheltenham town centre. Cheltenham boasts an array of shops and boutiques, coffee shops and bars, for you to enjoy during your stay. Cheltenham hosts many events such as racing, the science, literature and jazz festivals.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and tea and coffee making facilities. The location, in Churchdown Village, is peaceful yet extremely conveniently located, with a pub, village shop, takeaways and bus service to Cheltenham and Gloucester all within a few minutes walk. Newly refurbished detached bungalow in Swindon Village, Cheltenham. We are on the edge of Cheltenham, with rural fields on the doorstep but just a 10 minute drive into the town centre. A great base to explore the Cotswolds, and less than 1.5 miles from the racecourse. Inside is a spacious, comfortable living space with brand new kitchen and bathroom. There are two good bedrooms, and the third bedroom is a study with a single sofa bed.

Honeyacres is a villa-style bungalow, 15 minutes from Cheltenham. It has beautiful, spacious grounds and all modern conveniences. It is light and airy, the garden faces south and there is a wide expanse of sky. Lots of bunnies in the garden too!
