The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

The Georgian is an adorable eco-friendly studio in North Austin that has its own private entrance and free parking. We are 15 min from downtown, 8 min from The Domain and the new Q2 Soccer stadium. Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

It is sound insulated so normal TV volume can not be heard from the main house, well furnished, and has its own AC/heating. It is close to the Domain, and north Austin high tech employers. A perfect work from home setup! Please Note: The bathroom is separated by curtains in lieu of the pocket door that is currently out of service.
