Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking and overnight street parking is allowed until October 15, 2026. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. Set the heat or AC, watch TV, nuke a meal, do some laundry, and there's a small office to gather your thoughts. There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.

You will enjoy a guest suite within our townhouse. The guest suite is legal and registered. The townhouse is located in Central Brooklyn, convenient to JFK, and a 5-minute walk from the A/C subway train at Utica Ave, which will take you to lower Manhattan within 25 minutes. The neighborhood is walkable, with parks and athletic fields, mom-and-pop shops, bars and restaurants, and shopping plazas.
