Close by to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and hiking, mountain biking, boating and swimming in the summer there are endless options of outdoor enjoyment. Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Rustic Pebble Cottage in beautiful Bridgton, Maine

Pebble Cottage is a one hundred year old quirky camp that was enlarged some years back. It is located in Bridgton near plenty of lakes and skiing. The public beach is a short skip down the hill. The cottage is a rustic little haven that was saved from demolition, and updated with a brand new bathroom, a cute little kitchen with a dishwasher, with two heat pumps to keep the space cozy and three homey comfortable bedrooms, a large yard with a hammock, very quiet retreat. Please note it's old!
