A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Wander the estate’s private beaches along a 4km expanse of unspoiled coastline, kayak or swim the river below, or settle in by the fire with a book and a glass of Lisdillon Pinot. 25 mins to Maria Island ferry, ~1 hour to Freycinet.

We live next door, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach or 10 minutes by car.
