Beautiful Self Contained Annex in South Downs NP

This brick and flint barn has been converted to a smart modern annex separate to our house. Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits. A really comfortable bed with blackout blinds and ensuite shower room. A spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area & log burning stove. Free wifi. Coffee (Nespresso machine) and tea, bread and jams included.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

Surrounded by picturesque countryside, with quaint country walls and inviting pubs nearby, our newly renovated annexe offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a relaxing getaway. This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or small families.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

The Cottage in Compton

Come and enjoy a stay in The Cottage, located in the grounds of our 17th Century converted Barn. Enjoy a unique location on the edge of Winchester with direct access to the countryside. The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!
