Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse. Spacious self-contained flat at one end of a large Purbeck stone family home set in a quiet area of Durlston on the edge of the country park. Parking for 1 car and use of a small area of the garden (shared washing line) directly opposite the entrance to the flat which is all on the 1st floor. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a large sitting room with a dining table and guest bed (for 2 people) which doubles as a sofa during the day. There is also a small kitchen.

A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.
