It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
