Podere Vergianoni è un antica proprietà del 1600 a gestione familiare situato nelle splendide colline del Chianti in Toscana con la possibilità di organizzare navetta privata e esperienze locali direttamente con la nostra famiglia . L'appartamento è disponibile per 2 adulti con possibilità aggiunta divano letto per 2 bambini sotto i 12 anni . Nel grande cortile esterno troverete una piscina a sale con area relax su terrazza panoramica con vista su castello e vigneti con tramonti unici.

Questo appartamento si trova nel cuore del borgo di Suvereto di fronte al Palazzo Comunale costruito nel 1200 e fiore all'occhiello del paese. La casa, in cui per anni hanno abitato i miei nonni, è stata ristrutturata da poco ed è stata aggiunta l'aria condizionata. Ci sono un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, un'ampia cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale ed un bagno privato. Gli arredi antichi vi faranno sentire nel cuore della Toscana e renderanno la vostra vacanza indimenticabile.

Monolocale di 50 mq in stile rustico toscano. Cucina a vista,frigo combinato, lavatrice,lavastoviglie,forno a microonde,wi-fi,aria condizionata,TV 55p, bagno con doccia,giardino esterno con zona pranzo e barbecue in muratura.Posto auto privato di fronte all'ingresso. La casetta è a circa un km dal borgo medievale di Suvereto, " uno dei più belli d'Italia ". La spiaggia più vicina è a circa 15 minuti.Animali ammessi.LUGLIO e AGOSTO consentiti solo soggiorni settimanali da sabato a sabato.

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.
