Decorated with vintage furniture and offering breath-taking views of the Tuscan Countryside, Suite Le Camelie offers a truly relaxing retreat. Lounge outside in the beautiful gardens and end the day with a bath in the tiled bathroom. Villa Caprera is part of a little village located at the end of a local road. Gardens, yards, olive orchards and fields surround the place where old ladies sit outside the door for chatting and knitting. Suite Le Camelie occupies part of the first floor; thank to the difference in level between the two sides of the villa, the entrance to Suite Le Camelie is comfortably located on the ground floor. Decorated with vintage furniture and modern linens and accessories, feels sophisticated and elegant. Very quiet and with an amazing view. Ideal for a romantic trip. The gardens and yards surrounding the villa are free to access for our guests with the exception of a small private family area reserved for ourselves. Outdoor spaces are not gated or fenced and are shared with other two accommodations; private dining zones are dedicated to each property. My family loves holding conversation with our guests and we are available for any need but we also leave them space to enjoy their time with no interference. The home is in a very traditional area full of family-owned bistros and exquisite boutique shops. Walk through the stunning scenery to visit the church and explore the history of the ancient monastery nearby. Bus stop ten minutes on foot; the bus take you to the city centre. You can get anywhere from there by bus or train. Busses run according to a time table - average every hour. Last run approx 20.00. The road to Siena is not safe to walk. Taxis available to and from the city; very short ride so it is affordable. I recommend a car if you like to get lost in the countryside, but get a driver when you go for winery tours. Casa Irene è un delizioso appartamento in stile Toscano, situato al secondo ed ultimo piano di una palazzina a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro,50 mt per porta San Matteo ed altri 50 mt per la via Francigena. Data la posizione defilata si raggiunge facilmente in auto per parcheggiare nell'immediato parcheggio libero. L'appartamento dotato di wifi ed aria condizionata si suddivide in sala/cucina openspace,camera e bagno con doccia ed un terrazzo abitabile con affacci sulle mura di San Gimignano

Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

L'alloggio, totalmente indipendente e recentemente ristrutturato, è una porzione delle ex-scuderie di una villa ottocentesca immersa nel verde ma molto vicina al centro, con un panorama aperto su verdi oliveti e sulla Città. The apartment is part of a recently renovated building, originally stables for a XIX century Villa. Immersed in the Sienese countryside but only a few minutes away from the city centre. It has an independent access and stunning views of Siena and a valley of olive groves.

L’appartamento delle Rose è collocato all’interno della guest house Mulino dell’Argenna. La struttura è stata completamente restaurata nel 2015. Si tratta di un antico Mulino in pietra risalente al 1400, costruito lungo il corso del Borro dell’Argenna. Il Mulino è un luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde del bosco, con un bel parco di un ettaro e una grande piscina. Un posto ideale per trascorrere i vostri giorni in Toscana nella massima privacy, a pieno contatto con la natura.
