The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

This beautiful Garden Lodge is set away from the main house, accessed via automatic gates within gated grounds. Fitted kitchen with all mod cons in a very large open plan living space. 2 very small bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Main Space: 1 double bed. Suitable for couples, families, solo guests, business travellers, and groups, sleeping up to 6 people. Also, useable for daytime business meetings, seminars and training sessions up to 12 people by application.

Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

Clive House, Portsmouth Road, Esher, KT10 9LH

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Living includes a new compact and bijou fully fitted kitchen, dining area with wood burner, luxurious sofa and Smart HD TV/ Sonos sound bar as well as complimentary WiFi.
