Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju. Rustikalno uređena kuća za odmor sastoji se od apartmana i studio apartmana. Nalazi se u Baškim Oštarijama, koje su 20ak km udaljene od Gospića na jednu stranu i od Karlobaga na drugu. Ukoliko dolazite ljeti, obavezno ponesite i topliji set odjeće jer je navečer prohladno, što ovo mjesto čini idealnom destinacijom za sve koji žele predah od ljetnih vrućina. Do mora ima 20ak minuta autom pa se preko dana gosti vole spustiti na kupanac.

Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers.. The property is run by solar panels (limited use of electric)Max. 200 W Warm water during 24 h!

Apartman 1 Petrinić Marija (4+1)

Apartmani Petrinić udaljeni su 100 metara od samog centra Lopara. Nude kvalitetan smještaj i ugodan boravak za vašu obitelji i prijatelje. Apartman 1 sadrži: dvije spavaće sobe (4+1), 2 kupaonice, perilicu rublja, kuhinju, tv/sat, internet, klimu, balkon, parking i svu potrebnu opremu (posteljina, ručnici, mikrovalna pecnica...). U blizini se nalazi pjescana plaza udaljena cca 500 metara, a najpoznatija “Rajska plaza” udaljena je cca 900 metara. Veselimo se vasem dolasku! Obitelj Petrinić!

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

Cres, Old town romance for two

This is a romantic, bright apartment located in the city center of Cres. The building itself is 500 years old, made of stone and wood but the apartment was just refurbished in a very classy style. The apartment is on the second floor and consist of two rooms, of well equipped kitchen with dining area and of bedroom with king size bed and modern in room bathroom. There are two other apartments in the building, one of them being my home, so I will be at your service if needed.

Apartment A1 is situated on the first floor with accommodation for 4-6 guests. The Apartment consists of kitchen, dining, living room (with the possibility of extra sofa bed for 2 guests), 2 bedrooms (double bed), bathroom, 2 toilets and covered terrace. Our apartment come equipped with free WiFi, satellite TV, air-conditioning and washing-machine. The price includes use of bed-linen, towels and all cookware. Barbecue facilities is available. Parking place is provided.

4* Apartment sea-side house "Old Zarok"

The 4 * apartment at the sea house "Old Zarok" with its unique architecture of white stone in combination with a white facade is one of the oldest houses ever built in the neighborhood and offers the charm of a private land house at the Croatian coast. Smještajna jedinica ima jednu sobu sa bračnim krevetom i dodatnim pomoćnim ležajem, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju sa stolom za ručavnje i kaučeom kao pomoćni ležaj po potrebi , SAT i besplatni Wi fi,apartman je aklimatiziran ali se korištenje klime plaća 10 € po danu.

Stan je smješten u samom centru staroga grada, veličine je 80 m2, sastoji se od kuhinje, blagavaonice , dnevne sobe, spavaće sobe, kupaonice i hodnika. Do gradske plaže udaljen je svega 3 min hoda. Gosti našeg smještaja imaju besplatno parkiralište na javnom parkiralištu, svega 50 m od stana. Tko želi doživjeti Rab na pravom je mjestu.
