A cozy 2 bedroom A-frame near beaches, parks, the main town, and walking distance from the fishing and swimming paradise of Kawkawa Lake. This is a private mountain/lake escape with all the modern conveniences of home! The spacious living room even features a sofa bed, day bed, and a high-efficiency gas fireplace- perfect for a few extra guests.

This little cabin will provide you with an escape from the city with its relaxing (private) hot tub & gas fireplace. *Pls note: Sunshine Valley is a neighborhood of cabins-we have neighbors on either side. Some people enjoy bringing ATV's to the area. You may hear these vehicles, particularly in the busier summer months and/or weekends. The community is growing and there are some new constructions in the area.
