From it’s beautiful rural setting, walk just 17 minutes into the centre of town or take a short drive to Noosa and it’s stunning beaches. The cabin sits 60m from the regional train line, but don't let this deter you. The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. Relax in our private air conditioned guest studio, perfect for singles and couples looking for a coastal get away. The studio has a separate entry and complete privacy. It is fully self-contained and is modern, bright, and airy. The space also includes your own private deck with views to the glasshouse mountains. The studio has high speed WiFi and smart TV with access to any of your apps. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast facilities and access to a shared swimming pool.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

blu@bokbeach is a unique and stylish 1-bedroom (queen) guesthouse that is dog friendly and located in one of the Bokarina beach courts . Two single "Murphy beds" cater for additional adult guests. Direct access to a patrolled and dog off-leash beach. The coastal pathway that runs in the dunes parallel to the beach provides easy walking, cycling and electric scooter access from Point Cartwright to Caloundra.

Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
