All kitchen utensils and basics Bedding and towels supplied per guest numbers at time of booking We like to give our guests total privacy , and will be contactable via air BnB or phone during your stay Sunshine Beach is best known for its fabulous patrolled sands, the views from the surf club, and a location that offers many access points to Noosa National Park. Noosa’s Main Street and the boutiques of Hastings Street are only a short drive away. Walking distance to beach - 6 mins Walking distance to shops- 5 mins As per google maps app Self check in and check out with use of a lock box for keys Both spa and gardens are maintained weekly . This occurs each Wednesday or Friday for approx an hour and should not disturb guests. Please advise us should you wish for this not to occur during your stay. Winter stays - firewood is supplied subject to availability, & cannot be guaranteed, the home has full reverse cycle air conditioning Please advise of guest numbers at time of booking as linen and beds are made up according to total guest numbers

Longboard Beach House - Pet Friendly

Pets welcomed - securely fenced large rear yard with lower level gate at garage entrance.The fee is $150 per pet. Noosa Council STL rules no pets to be left unattended inside or outside the house. Property backs onto pet friendly bushed national park and beach access to Sunrise and Castaways. There are two outdoor showers (1 hot &1 cold) - please do not enter the property with any residue sand on humans or pets. Additional cleaning charged. The garage is accessible to guests by pre-booking.

'Seachange' luxurious home at Sunshine Beach

Seachange is situated in a quiet Sunshine Beach cul-de-sac opposite the Noosa National Park, a short distance (10-minute walk / 3-minute drive) to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants and is a 10-minute drive to Noosa. Seachange has four double bedrooms so is Ideal for families and groups. There is also a large study / fifth bedroom with workstation.
