Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

Forget your worries in this spacious, eco friendly, private suite. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking staples, espresso/coffee bar, media room/office with space for yoga. Large patio doors in primary suite provide a picturesque view of the forest and creek. The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.

Private cozy one bedroom legal basement suite on a quiet residential street. Fully furnished, separate entrance and private parking. Close to River's walking trail, Overlander's beach and downtown Kamloops. All shopping amenities are within 3 km. **Note - This is a legal basement suite but you may still hear some noise from upstairs during your stay. We have a kitten upstairs who likes to play.
