Luxurious Lockoff with two bedrooms & one bath, HOTEL style private suite with a washer and dryer. There is a microwave, coffee maker, two mini fridge, outdoor grill and outdoor patio table. The private patio and hot tub is for your use only. All access is on the ground level, no stairs! Across the street is the Raven Golf course and North Pond Ice Skating, 6 ski areas within 10-15 minutes. Bike path is in front of the house. We are a short walk to the Blue River for GOLD medal Fly Fishing.

The Cookie House

This cozy Cookie House is centrally located in downtown Breckenridge, only one mile away from Main Street- far enough from town for peace and quiet, but only a short walk to Main Street and the gondola. Additionally, the free local bus stop is just up the street. With great access to town and plenty of trails just out the back door, The Cookie House is the perfect way to experience life in Breckenridge- plus, it comes with homemade, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! All humans are welcome.

The lock off is an 11 minute drive to Vail Village and 15 minutes to Beaver Creek. Located walking distance to several restaurants and shops in Minturn. You can enjoy a private entrance, small patio, kitchenette, king size bed, and full private bath. Come and enjoy our beautiful hiking trails and convenient location to Vail and Beaver Creek.
