Take it easy at this brand new unique and tranquil home. My house is located on 100 acres of private land with miles of private hiking trails. You can hear the rapids of the Gauley River from the porch. It’s also located only 5 miles from Summersville Lake. And only 15 miles from the New River Gorge National Park. Also has a common area with a pavilion and fireplace where you can enjoy beautiful sunset views. Come back from a day of hiking and relax in a six person hot tub.

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. This house is conveniently located off of Route 19. You will be located one mile from the New River Gorge Bridge. You will be within a 15 minute walk to all Fayetteville has to offer. It is a short drive or bike ride to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rock climbing or white water rafting. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.
