Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We have a gardener/care taker and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist. No parties. Valid ID required for entry. Please respect neighbors and keep noise low.

Welcome to Santiago, a tranquil town nestled along the southwest shore of Lake Atitlán. This stone cottage is set in a lush, tropical garden with Volcán San Pedro rising up directly across the lake. Have your morning coffee on the front patio or relax in the hammock. Have a barbecue or make a fire in the outdoor stone oven/fireplace or relax at sunset on the brand new mirador. Make use of the shared community facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and access to kayaks and canoes.

Use all the facilities on the wider property: wake up and dive in the swimming pool; meditate, do yoga while facing the volcano; peddle to the other side of the lake; heat up in the sauna, cool down in the lake; observe the stars during the night from the Jacuzzi, make a fire in the cottage before going to sleep.
