You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. Die Zwei-Zimmerwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des 2020 gebauten Holzhauses bestehend aus einem Eingang, einem hellen gemütlichen Wohnraum, einer Küchenzeile mit Grundausstattung, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Holzboden und Waldterasse. Am Fuße des Grundstückes fließt das Klopferbacherl und die Parkanlage bietet neben einem Kneipbecken einen großzügigen Kinderspielplatz.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
