Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.

We are right on the Cotswold Way and an ideal stop off after the first leg or walk the myriad of footpaths around us straight from the door. Within easy access of Cheltenham racecourse and the lovely villages of the Cotswolds, the many country pubs or a visit to the amazing Giffords Circus.
