The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! This is a finished lower level of a townhouse in a quiet Oakton, Virginia suburb of Washington DC. The private entrance side is above ground. The large French doors allow lots of light in. We are located half way between Regan National and Dulles airports with public transportation to both. The bus stop is 50 yards from the door and the bus trip is less than 2 miles to the Vienna/George Mason University Orange line metro station. You will have key to the private entrance and laundry room.

Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.
