The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Welcome to The Loft, a tiny home style PET FRIENDLY space in a golf course neighborhood near the lake. We built & designed this cozy space with comfort, charm & efficiency in mind. Take the ladder to the queen sized bed (low ceiling) overlooking the kitchen or enjoy a movie on the home theater. A well appointed kitchen will make you feel at home. You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. If you'll be traveling with your horses, the property also has horse lots with loafing sheds and horse arenas - available at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing and availability. This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.

Our charming place is nestled on a canal offering peaceful kayaking or fishing. With a boat ramp 5 houses down launch your boats with ease and tie them off at our dock. We have tied up a boat and two wave runners with room to spare. We have plenty of board games and a fire pit to keep the fun going into the evening. Our house offers three bedrooms. The master boasts a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing way to unwind.
