The stairs to the left of the property lead to the red sand shore.

Come stay in our cozy and quaint waterfront cottage that is completely renovated located in French River one of the most scenic fishing villages on P.E.I. This is the perfect place for folks who want to enjoy a private waterfront cottage. There are stairs directly from the large lot to the private red sand beach where you can sit, kayak, and walk to main beach. Popular Cavendish is a comfortable drive for activities for the family. There are local beaches, golf courses, dining and recreation.

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. This newly renovated cottage overlooks the beautiful Southwest River and offers a water view from nearly every window. Vaulted ceilings, large picture windows and patio doors create a light and airy ambiance while also showcasing the view. This cozy cottage is located in the heart of Anne's Land and boasts two inviting bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Enjoy the comfortable patio seating on the large wrap-around deck and take in the scenic views of the river at the mouth of New London Bay.

Designed specifically for this picturesque piece of Prince Edward Island, these new Shipping Container Cottages allow for panoramic views from the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay. Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.
