Small suite of 4 private self catering rooms in Grade 2 listed farmhouse forming part of the historic site of an ancient Priory. The rooms include a separate kitchen, wetroom, double bedroom, and a dining room/2nd bedroom. The rooms are downstairs and accessed through the main house. There is off street parking, and secure bike accommodation. Beautiful rural location by River Sow and Two Saints way, just 2 miles from town centre and train station and minutes from the Staffordshire showground.

Recently fully refurbished country cottage located in idyllic surrounds with access to fabulous country pubs, beautiful walks whilst still close to local amenities in Baldwins Gate. Great for access to the many and varied attractions of Staffordshire and Shropshire, with a number of interesting and varied market towns nearby including Eccleshall, Newcastle under Lyme, Stone, Stafford & Market Drayton. Whilst only 10 mins from the M6, Jtn. 15 and just a little further to mainline rail services.

This romantic retreat is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Butterton which overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley in the Peak District. The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway & walking distance to Stafford town centre (20 mins) - close to local amenities (gym/ restaurants / supermarket / launderette / bowling / laser tag). The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with good shower and bath. 2 SMART TVs with 2 DVD players & Fibre wifi.
