It's a quiet neighborhood situated between 2 busy streets that take you directly to downtown. Gulf beaches are a 20-25 minute drive and Bay side beaches are a 10-15 minute drive.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. With a two separate bedrooms, the entire family can have their own space. SAME DAY RESERVATIONS: Please note, if you plan on arriving the same day you reserve this space, the AC will only be able to drop the inside temperature about 5 degrees from the outside temperature. If you want the space to be cold, please reserve at least 48 hours in advance so we can cool it before you arrive. LONG STAYS > 14 days require prior approval.

Close to everything - Downtown Tampa, Downtown St. Petersburg, Ybor City, Gulf Beaches, Port Tampa, MacDill AFB and 15 minutes from TIA. The hot tub is in the screened in patios off the main living room of the house. This is the ideal spot for anyone on a contract working at MacDill AFB. You will be within 1 mile of the gate and have a short commute.
