Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 200 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

Welcome to Belle Haven Farm and our Tiny Home - Free Parking on site. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a working farm on the grounds of a historic home situated on 18 acres. Welcome to "The Pines at Canoe Neck" a private waterfront experience with the farm feel. Enjoy the 75 foot dock with fishing, crabbing, canoeing, kayaking and much more on the quiet inlet. Private docking available for personal boats. Guests have the option of visiting the cute critters living on the property as well as an abundant garden full of you pick seasonal veggies, all you can pick and eat for the stay.

The Cozy Camper

Please note that the camper is right next to our house. We have a family style property with a couple of campsites and an Airbnb cottage. We provide a sound machine in the camper for you to use and the property quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. We have kids and golden retrievers. There's designated parking for 1 vehicle in front of the camper but we can easily park a second vehicle if needed.

New AIRSTREAM on an 18-acre gated farm, and with LAKE VIEW. 30mins to DC. New 0.8 mike hiking trail wraps around the farm. SAUNA/Hottub/ColdPlunge, home gym, porch library, BBQ area, Firepits. This is an urban farm surrounding by new houses. The airstream is fully furnished, utilities are included. There are chickens and ducks on the farm, so you are welcome to get fresh eggs daily.

Cozy RV on the River

Kick up your feet, relax by the water and soak in the sounds of nature! The views of the Wye River from the dock and our man-made beach are absolutely beautiful and peaceful! WiFi is not available. We recommend a personal hotspot, such as a mobile phone, if you require the internet.

Enjoy the all the fun of camping without all of the hassle. So much goes into RV ownership including the not so pleasant parts. Like setting up and dumping the tanks. Let me take care of all of that for you. Enjoy the feeling of RV life without the investment.
