WE'VE GOT THE SHACK...YOU BRING THE LOVE......This rustic backwoods log cabin is a couples retreat with total privacy and nestled among the pine trees on 5 acres with a seasonal creek at the edge of our hobby farm. This an open plan cabin with a queen bed, self contained indoor wood burning fire (wood provided), dining table and sofa. There is a small kitchenette with a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. 2 garbage bins, one for garbage and one for cans and bottles. Fire pit for cooking

Featuring a kitchen, living room, bedroom and en suite with a soaker tub and glass walk in shower. Cuddle up on the couch for a movie or outside on the porch swing gazing at the stars. Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter. Fun fact: A full length feature film was recently filmed here!
