Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. There are cows, chickens, cats and wildlife on the farm, sheep in near by fields.
