This property is located in the picturesque village of Barford St Michael, which is nestled closely to the owner's home. The cottage has one super king sized bedroom and one double bedroom. The delightful interior provides a relaxed space of considerable character which has been beautifully and lovingly furnished providing the ideal getaway for pleasure. A unique property within the grounds of a village house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a large sofa bed. A bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and free-standing bath completes the top floor. Downstairs includes a W.C. and utility room with washer dryer. From the kitchen, an outdoor staircase with stunning valley views, leads to a private terrace with seating and barbeque. Additional concierge services available on request.

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Happy Valley Pod is a Luxury Glamping Pod on our smallholding here in The Cotswolds. Ideal for a romantic break away, there is a wood burning hot tub where you can enjoy and take in our amazing views across Happy Valley. We are based on the outskirts of Little Tew just 2 miles away from Soho Farmhouse. Also, Diddly Squat farm is 11 minutes away, The Farmers Dog is 29 minutes away. All popular with guests. We don’t accept dogs here as the Happy Valley Pod is on a working farm with livestock.

Wander around the Cotswold stone cottages in the village, let your troubles melt away in the clawfoot bath, sink into the memory foam mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets or play a board game in front of the log fire. This is a pet friendly, two king bedroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 4.

Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The shower room has underfloor heating with hand wash & towels provided. Complete with off road parking. An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

5 minutes drive from Soho Farmhouse, Wisteria Cottage is a luxurious two-bed cottage set in the tranquil Oxfordshire village of Sandford St Martin. Though centuries old, the cottage has undergone full renovation, completed in April 2022. Car advised or local taxis will need arranging as this is a rural hamlet.
