The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Bus from both stations drops you just 2 minutes from the flat. Very quiet and peaceful location with free on road parking. Has separate dining/working space if needed and a garden to relax in.
