Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We have a barbeque grill and patio set. Washer and Dryer for you to use. The Lil' Minnow cottage, tiny in size and decorated with a fishing theme that is so cute you will just love it. Lil' Minnow features TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette (Electric Skillet, Microwave, toaster) for basic cooking along with a smaller private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet & towels. A full size Futon sofa/sleeper and linens provided. One twin mattress located in the loft can sleep one. Wi-Fi information is provided once you arrive and will be inside cabin.

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is walking distance away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. Plenty of room to park your boat. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.
