We are located 10 minutes from the East Gate entrance to Algonquin Provincial Park that offers interpretive trails, museums and vast lakes and rivers for day or overnight canoeing trips. Algonquin Parks has much to offer and would encourage you to visit their website. The town of Whitney is about five minutes from our home. Amenities offered; restaurants, gas stations, Pharmacy, post office, grocery store, beer/liquor store, outfitters for canoe rentals and gift store. A beautiful sandy beach and children's playground are located in town.

( Fire Pit not available in the winter ) During your stay we provide a complimentary Park Pass for exploring Algonquin P. Firewood for one night included additional firewood can be purchased on side. Also, a short drive to Whitney’s public beach, Restaurants, Grocery store LCBO Close to snowmobile trails. Available all year around.

Our little cottage sits nestled in pines overlooking beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake. We are near Algonquin Park. The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting in the screened in porch overlooking a spectacular view or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . It's located 1 km from snowmobile/ATV trails, 15 minutes from Bancroft and 45 minutes from Algonquin Park.
