Das Haus Alpina wurde 1935 von Nelly Hellrigl-Greiner erworben. Anfangs wurde es als Gasthaus, Metzgerei und einer kleinen Landwirtschaft betrieben. Nach einigen Jahren wurde die Landwirtschaft und die Metzgerei aufgegeben. Durch den Umbau und die Zunahme der Scheune wurden mehr Zimmer gewonnen. Im Jahre 2019 habe ich das Alpina in 3. Generation als Urenkelin wieder zurück in den Familienbesitz geholt. Nun freue ich mich auf die neue Herausforderung und heisse Sie herzlich Willkommen. Vanessa

The apartment has everything you could wish for in your holiday. Recently renovated, your vacation residence spans 63 square meters. In the apartment, you'll find a spacious living area with a sofa bed, dining area, and a custom-designed kitchen. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub. In the first sleeping area, there is another sofa bed, and from there, you can access the bedroom, where you'll find a large double bed and an adjoining day toilet.

Klais liegt auf ca. 940 mtr über NN. Im Jahr 2015 und in 2022 fand hier der G7 / Gipfel, u.a. mit Barak Obama, statt. Ein Ort um Sommer, sowie auch den Winter zu verbringen. Wandern, Mountain Bike fahren, Motorrad Touren, sowie im Winter Langlauf und natürlich auch klassich Ski fahren ist möglich in und um Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald und Seefeld erreicht man zw. 10 und 20 Minuten. Alle Bus - und Bahnfahrten sind kostenfrei mit der Gästekarte.

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.
