Fully airconditioned with separate units for the bedroom and living area, all new appliances, tastefully furnished. The dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle leads to steps providing a private entrance to the unit.

Cute Modern- Rustic pet friendly home close to all Chattanooga has to offer! Places to eat and Walmart just down the road. The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need! Chattanooga is only 30 minutes away!

This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
