Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Elegant and stylish, newly renovated apartment in CITY CENTER. Its LARGE TERRACE with dinning and lounge area and sliding sun protection canopy makes it a rare find in city center. But what makes it a real gem is its own PRIVATE PARKING GARAGE at your disposal. To round out the story, we renovated it to respect its Austro-Hungarian legacy - high ceilings , velvet throughout, wall mouldings, gold details. Although historical, it has all features adjusted for modern life.

The apartment is within walking distance of a grocery store and a restaurant (5 minutes). Other town amenities are available in Pula (8km) or Medulin (5km), so getting around by car is recommended. The closest beach is 4km away.

U neposrednoj blizini su kafići, restorani, dućani, šetnica i strogi centar grada sa glavnom ulicom koja vodi do najpoznatijeg gradskog trga Foruma. More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

From outside this old beauty is waiting for a historical restoration while the inside is hiding a unique living experience.
