Het buitenhuis is een zeer comfortabele woning, geschikt voor vakantie of werken vanuit huis. Het is een ruime sfeervolle woning met open keuken, woonkamer, 3 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Aan de achterzijde is er een terras met zithoek en hottub en prachtig uitzicht. De bedden zijn opgemaakt. Honden zijn welkom, omheinde tuin. Gelegen in Rijsbergen aan de weg van Breda naar Zundert, net buiten de bebouwde kom met supermarkten, bakker en restaurants, wandel- en fietspaden dichtbij.

Als wij ons smalle straatje komen inrijden, hebben we zelf nog steeds het gevoel dat we op vakantie zijn.......De Graszode is een oude zandrug waar een aantal boerenwoninkjes gebouwd zijn. Ons boerderijtje heeft een stenen tuinhuis met terras, serre en overdekte veranda. Ruimte en rust, een weiland met paarden, Veerse Meer op fietsafstand. Ons huisje is niet geschikt voor baby's/kinderen. Maar wel voor mede-musici die op vakantie willen komen en toch iedere dag even willen studeren.

Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
