Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

You’ll enjoy our arcade gaming corner, outdoor seating, and close proximity to Lake Texoma. Make sure to take a stroll downtown on Main St. for local shopping and dining.

Over 12 gorgeous acres right on highway 69 within 10 minutes driving distance to Denison Downtown, 20 minutes to Lake Texoma and 23 minutes to Choctaw Casiono. The house is next to our other cabin listing. At night the stars are bright and clear. Enjoy amazing sun rises and sunsets with a beautiful gazebo overlooking a pond.
