Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 250 year old Wise Cottage has a boutique feel and sweeping views. Situated in a beautiful village near Shaftesbury, Dorset. The cottage sleeps four, 1 large master bedroom with a super kingsize bed and a small bedroom with adult bunks (plus a guest bed for a fifth guest). Well behaved dogs are welcome! Organic toiletries, bath robes, well equipped kitchen, wood burner, super fast Wifi, garden and beautiful walks straight out of the front door.

The Sexton's cottage was restored to a high standard, bringing the charm of the original cottage with that of modern day living. There is a light and airy living, dining & kitchen area upstairs, with a double bedroom and Shower room downstairs. The cottage has a large private south facing garden with a dining area under a pergola, along with a BBQ and a raised decking area ideal for your morning cup of tea or an evening drink. Sturminster Newton is well positioned to explore Dorset and Somerset.

Little Coombe

Little Coombe welcomes all couples, lone travellers and fellow pooches. Little Coombe is a totally self-contained cottage attached to the main cottage, where the owner lives. It is a tranquil stone cottage sitting by the brook in a small hamlet near Shaftesbury. The cottage was formerly two thatched farm cottages and where our family has lived for nearly 100 years! We live next door in the main cottage, but guests will have their own entrance and garden space and their privacy is guaranteed.

Talbot Cottage is a delightful newly renovated two-bedroom single-story cottage, in seven acres of garden and fields. You have your own entrance, wheelchair friendly. Welcome to peace and relaxation in my Grade II listed cottage in historic Shaftesbury. The self-catering cottage is in a unique gated courtyard near the foot of Gold Hill and is within a short walk of the town centre and a local pub. It is compact and therefore suitable for singles and couples (I do not accept 3rd party bookings), and we also welcome well-behaved pets. You will have use of a private enclosed garden a short walk from the cottage, and on-street parking is available nearby.

The cottage comprises of fully fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room both with wood burning stoves, ground floor family bathroom, upstairs cloakroom and four bedrooms over two floors. There is a pretty garden to the front of the property with two seating areas.

Unique location on the historic Gold Hill, Dorset

An 1860s cottage on the historic and famous Gold Hill in the beautiful town of Shaftesbury, Dorset. There's 3 bedrooms - two smaller attic double bedrooms and the main bedroom which is spacious with a king bed. Whilst we often have 5 guests I'd say it's more suitable to 4 adults - 5 is better suited to famiies with children. Less than an hour from the Jurassic Coast and 25mins to Stonehenge we're in a great spot or just enjoy the countryside on your doorstep.
