Enjoy our dock - fish, swim and use our two kayaks, paddle board and a canoe. Plenty of space to tie your boat up to our dock in a mostly private cove. We are 6 miles from I-24 off exit 127. 1 hour to Nashville or Chattanooga and 10 miles to Sewanee or Monteagle.

Important: the stairs leading to the loft are very steep so it’s probably not the best option for young children or the elderly. We do not allow for any pets on the property. During the winter months from Christmas to March, the washer/dryer will be unavailable due to freezing weather.
