La villa è composta da una camera da letto, soggiorno, soppalco con un letto una piazza e mezza, cucina e bagno. Dispone di una veranda con doccia esterna. La villa offre una vista sul mare e tutti i comfort per il viaggiatore, e si trova a soli 700 metri dal mare.
