One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Newly opened in winter 2025, the apartment "Cir" is located on the ground floor of Apartments Villa Stefania. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Ski slopes, hiking and cycling paths as well as supermarkets, bus stops and cable cars are within easy walking distance. The apartment measures 35 m² and is a cozy place to enjoy your holiday in Selva. Private parking in front of the building. Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival: 2,70€/adult person/night
