In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. The shared swimming pool is on the back of the houses, offering privacy and a place to relax for our guests.
