The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.
